About Us
"Coach Cap Bio"
Paul “Coach Cap” Capodanno established Follow Through Fundamental Basketball company in 2021. Coach has been around the game for the last 30 years, as a player/coach/camp and clinic director.
The name “Coach Cap” is more than just one person. It represents a legacy and a family of Hall of Fame Basketball Coaches.
Throughout his 13 year coaching career, here is a quick bullet point list of accomplishments and helping kids accomplish their goals:

Summer Camps
Our players aren't just members of a team, they are members of our community. In the off-season, we work with local charities to bring sports and hope to underserved children in our home town. At each game, you get a chance to contribute to these efforts. We believe that sportsmanship doesn't stop at the edge of the field.
